DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Wing FTP Server, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the LDAP
authentication mechanism when using Active Directory, which can be
exploited to bypass the authentication mechanism by providing a blank
password.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.8.7.

Update to version 3.8.7.
