DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the mod_imap module for Apache,
which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site
scripting attacks.
Certain unspecified input is not properly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.
Successful exploitation requires that "mod_imap" is enabled and a
mapfile is publicly accessible.
The vulnerability is reported in versions 2.0.61, 2.0.59, 2.0.58,
2.0.55, 2.0.54, 2.0.53, 2.0.52, 2.0.51, 2.0.50, 2.0.49, 2.0.48,
2.0.47, 2.0.46, 2.0.45, 2.0.44, 2.0.43, 2.0.42, 2.0.40, 2.0.39,
2.0.37, 2.0.36, and 2.0.35.
SOLUTION:
Fixed in the development version 2.0.62-dev.
