DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).
The vulnerabilities are caused due to unspecified errors within the
"ufs_getpage()" and "ufs_putapage()" functions, which can be
exploited to cause all writes to a UFS filesystem to hang.
The vulnerabilities are reported in Solaris 10 with patch 138888-01
or later on the SPARC platform.
SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
